What’s the end goal?
Understanding how the images will be used helps shape how I photograph your event. Are the photographs primarily a record of the day for your team? Do you need images for social media, marketing campaigns, press coverage or future event promotion? Perhaps you’d like photographs attendees can access afterwards. Knowing the purpose allows me to create images that work effectively for your goals.

Planning The Logistics
I love to plan!
We’ll review the event timeline, venue layout and key locations. Understanding where activities are taking place and when helps ensure nothing important is missed. If your event spans multiple rooms, has simultaneous activities or requires extensive coverage, I’ll advise whether a second photographer would be beneficial to capture everything on your wish list.

I’LL TAKE CARE OF THE REST!
Once the planning is complete, you can focus on hosting your event while I focus on documenting it. My approach is professional and unobtrusive, capturing the atmosphere, genuine interactions and key moments as they unfold naturally.
After the event, you’ll receive a carefully edited gallery of images ready to support your marketing, communications and future promotions. If you need content quickly, a small selection of highlights can also be delivered shortly after the event, allowing you to share key moments on social media, with attendees or with the press while the event is still fresh in people’s minds.
