My lockdown doorstep portraits started off as a little photography project to capture the DIY haircuts, the painted rainbows in the windows and new babies born during lockdown turned in to something bigger. It enabled me to meet people in my neighbourhood, hear their stories and be creative again. It became a family portrait with a difference and made me think about what’s important in life and how photography can play a role in bottling a period in time.

I've photographed 56 families, raised £270 for NHS Charities Together and had a blast cycling around and meeting so many lovely people in my community.

Thank you to everyone that booked me - I hope our paths cross again soon.

Has anything particularly memorable happened to you and your family during lockdown? If yes, what was it?: My Grandfather sadly passed away and it was difficult being apart from my family at that time but it hasn't all been as sad. Greengrocers pizza /camping in the garden and being attacked by our neighbours (usually very friendly ) cat and an early morning run and swim in Cromer fuelled by Breadsource cinnamon buns spring to mind.

What small things do you appreciate more because of lockdown and why?: Weirdly, being at home! We've realised how much we enjoy being at home, slowing down and not having a packed schedule. We've also relished our daily walk and have discovered lots of new places which has been lovely.

What small things do you appreciate more because of lockdown and why?: We miss the smiles and the laughter of our grandchildren. It turns out that lives too short to do all those little things at the bottom of your to do list.
